Why do I have to restart my Sense 2 device in order for my ECG to work?

I keep getting Error Please reopen application on my Sense 2 device.

Hi @SP7 - the new V4 Fitbit App has sync and other issues. Often restarting the watch resolves the sync issue temporarily.

Mine does this EVERY TIME. It's so frustrating. When I want to run an ECG, I don't want to have to wait for a restart. Come on Fitbit....
