With everyone complaining, when will they start making announcements about changes. My very expensive fitness tracker is not a smart watch Fitbit/Google. Fix it! Add the apps back as well as music play.
Owning a Sense 2 is the worst choice I made!

@Patrick421 Fitbit/Google are in business to make money, the products failing is nothing, Google makes their money from searches/ADs, everything else is gravy.
That being stated if you are unhappy there are many ways to complain, the best is stop using their products or services.
I use Google/Fitbit products and services and wish they had thinker skin to allow customers to voice their opinions and effect changes. But this forum is not used in that function.
So until the company starts caring about their customers opinions, then understand the market of what customers want, then they can make money and can profit.
Future performance is not dictated by past performances, but we customers keep dreaming.

Do we get to know the return rate of Sense 2 vs other fitbit devices?

I think the short answer is Fitbit is now owned by Google.
