Will Sense 2 HR tracking work accurately if both metal strips have fallen off back?

Hi all. The two metals strips have fallen off my Sense 2 which was itself a replacement under warranty because of a similar issue happening just over a year ago. I'm probably out of luck with a replacement now so just trying to work out how much functionality is impaired by loss of these strips. Will basic HR tracking work ok? It seems to be has been a bit more sporadic lately, showing higher highs on the watch chart than in the app chart.

Hello @bronwod2 heart rate is measured optically. Those sensors are for EKG and skin resistance. 

Heart rate should not be affected. You still might want to contact support.
