I have a sense 2 it will not stay synced and I don't receive calls or notifications. This isn't the first time this has happened very frustrating.

Please make sure that you have installed the latest Fitbit App.
We started to release a new version a few days ago.
I would also suggest you to read the following. Why are notifications delayed or missing?
