Mine syncs sporadically, and I haven't found a solution. Sometimes syncing multiple times, or syncing, then flipping through watch screens, then going back to sync again. Sometimes it seems to work things out over the course of the day on its own. I see my replacement arrived in the mail today. I will try installing it and see if it does any better. My device has had a host of problems. I am hoping that the replacement will be an improvement.
