My app stopped syncing with my watch, a few days back. So steps, sleep etc have not fed through. I currently have the premium six months (free) when I purchased my latest fitbit.
I've updated the latest update (today) and also restarted my watch. But it still isn't syncing with the data 😞
Any clues?

Hi @xxSaffyxx - one of the bugs in the new V4 Fitbit App is it loses connection.
Restarting the watch may not be sufficient to repair it.
Try also Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
If this is still not working remove both the Bluetooth entries from the phone and in the Fitbit App run "Set up a Device" , select your device and replace.

I guess that worked - I had already restarted the watch, reloaded the fitbit app and of course had to log in again.
Shame that they didn't check it all before they released it. I really should not have had to come hunting in the help forums.
Anyway, I think it is resolved. Cheers!
