I am unable to change the time on versa2

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 2.
Please, make sure that your smartwatch is syncing. To do so, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. Keep in mind that your Versa 2 uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
If you've tried the above but to no avail, make sure you're not running into syncing issues. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa 2 is syncing, please try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
