Did you mean:

irregular or high heart rate never sent notification

During my cardio exercise, I had a bout where my heartrate would quickly spike to around 150 bpm and stay there, regardless of how moderate an effort I put.  I did in a couple of instances come to a complete stop and focus on relaxing, where the heart rate did drop to mid 50s, but as soon as I resume my exercise, the rate would spike back up.  I proceeded to finish my exercise, which was a couple of hours long.

During some recovery phases of my exercise, I felt my pulse not being steady so I took a whole bunch of ECG tests on the Sense 2.  Most came out inconclusive, with HR of >90 bpm.  I did get one good reading, where it reported that I had afib.

I was wondering why the app or tracker didn't send notification that I had irregular heart rate?  All the settings shows that feature is enabled.

I had a period in the afternoon of the same day where the heartrate was abnormally high.  Looking at my steps and calorie count, it doesn't look like I was doing anything.  Shouldn't it have sent a high heart rate notification?
