Has anybody seen this actual screen? Does it work? How did you get it to work? Can you share a pic? Beginning to think this doesn't work and it never will.. been a week since I have mine on and all I see is "To get started, open the Fitbit mobile app."

It's one of the tiles. Make sure Stress tile is enabled in the Fitbit app:

I have the tile, what I meant was has anyone seen any actual Body Responses in that tile on the watch. Mine just shows To get started, open the Fitbit mobile app. Does you watch show your body responses? would love to see it, if yours is working!
