Has anyone had the constantly blinking logo issue with the Sense 2? It cannot be reset because it will not pair. I had this issue several times with the original Sense and customer service was a joke. They replaced it but now it’s happened again. It didn’t even last 5 months! Contacted them about the replacement not working and they’ve said they sent me a “refurbished one” without ever telling me it was refurbished (I have screenshots!) and saying the warranty only covered 90 days. I’m not trying to buy another one with the measly discount they offered if it’s just going to keep happening again. It’s too expensive and the quality of their product has gone downhill. Trying to see if this is still an issue before taking my business elsewhere. I’ve been a Fitbit customer for YEARS but this is a joke and I’m fed up.
