menstrual tile is gone and can't install

My menstual cycle tile is gone on my fitbit sense 2. I tried to uninstall and then install again but it seems it is bugged or something. Because when i want to install it again and click on the 'install' button it does not install anymore. So i can't see it on my fitbit when i swipe left or right. Can please someone help me?
