on wrist phone calls not working

Hi All-

I have restarted, logged out, turned my phone on and off and the blue tooth feature but I can't get my fitbit to notify me of a call anymore.  I don't know what happened.  Also the fitbit no longer vibrates with 10 minutes left even though vibration is on.  any ideas?

Hi @tagc ,

I have a quick question for you.  In your Account Settings, you should have the option to view your notifications.  Are your notifications ON to receive calls?

It just won’t pair. It used to work and now it doesn’t.

Then you need to set the device up as a new device.

Nope! Not anymore!!! For some reason after I got it to FINALLY all sync correctly..

 

Alexis was no longer there and I don't know how to get her back and on my notifications the option for answering my phone are no listed any longer  :'\
