purchased a Sense 2 but it says the app is not available

I have just purchased a Sense 2 but it says the app is not available.  Can you confirm that this will be available soon.

@yrigby I am sorry for this situation. Fitbit has not given developers any information about how to get our apps ready for the new Sense 2 and Versa 4. I will definitely make sure it is available once I know how to make it work on these new watches!

"the app" is not available.  Do you mean the FItbit app on your phone?  Android or iPhone?  They should both be available.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

What @JohnnyRow says, however it depends on the version of your OS that has to be minimum Android 8 or iOS 14.0.

Thank you. One of the reasons I bought the 2 was to have your app. Hopefully it will be available soon as Fitbit are promoting the new 2 quite heavily.
