The My Clocks screen is stuck on 5 options that don't include anything I downloaded today and they're mostly ugly ones from back when we had a limited selection, plus not a single one meets my needs because I am now required to have seconds on my watch for school which is a rather basic functionality but for some reason it's a rare custom feature according to FitBit.
Can't filter for that in Search and the pickings are slim. Lots of cutesy analog faces with no notches or numbers, or numerical interfaces in tiny fonts with so many numbers and blinking bits on the screen The clock face I ended up with ("Quartered") isn't even customizable like it says, so I'm stuck on a color palette that is much less accessible than the one in the photo. The one I tried before that was a nice simple clock on a nice background that won't show my personal biodata to onlookers but it's bit low-contrast and would be useless at the gym. The one before that turned out to be even more impractical for school purposes ,but it would be perfect for workouts. So why can't I hotswap between them from my app?! Both took forever to download, even froze the app for a bit, but now I can't even go back to either unless I scroll through 100 clock faces and download it again and then do the whole process again.
For that matter, why can't they put seconds on the Always On Display? Right now there is literally no way to see this most basic piece of timekeeping information unless you do a bunch of extra work and then you have to keep touching the watch to even have access to that info. Not even considering Paid options that have this function because at this rate they'll probably make me pay again every time!
I wouldn't mind being limited to 5 options if I could delete some to make room! One for fancy occasions, one for workouts, one for timekeeping, and a few spots for cute novelties or holiday themes.... that's great! But NO I'm stuck with the 4 random partially functional faces I tried and got sick of 2 years ago and a cute Pikachu thing that no longer serves my needs.
