Hi @Mags2017, @DakineGrrl and welcome to the Fitbit Community @rchebert! It's great to have you all here!
It seems you want to deactivate sleep insights and tips on the Fitbit app.
If you want to delete this feature, you can follow the instructions listed in our help article What is Fitbit Labs? below the section "Sleep Labs" > "How do I turn off Sleep Lab?".
I hope this information will be helpful for you!

Hi David,
This doesn't work, because I'm not enrolled in Sleep Labs. I'm talking about the banner on my home screen directly below my active zone minutes advertising this Sleep Insights & Tips feature, which says "Learn how daily life impacts your sleep, and get personalized tips to help you stay well rested". There is no apparent option to dismiss it, and when I tap on it all it tells me is that this feature is currently full. I really would just like the banner to go away, is there no way to do this?
I tried adding a screenshot but it's not letting me post one.

It's been over a week & this banner will not go away. I've tried everything.

There does not appear to be any way to disable it, and I'm frankly getting pretty pissed off about it.

Going to Profile Picture > Fitbit settings > Fitbit Labs didn't show a setting that would allow me to turn the Fitbit Labs OFF.
I turned OFF development' but the card still shows up.

I meant to say: Health research and product development.

Hi, David. I did that multiple times with no success. Then it finally went away for a few glorious days but it came back. So I went to do it again and the Sleep Labs was already off. Lather, rinse, repeat. So I turned off the R&D setting and, after a day the banner went away again which may be the actual fix? I don't know.
Not for nothing, the app has not been the same since the old app we was changed and I think enough have expressed this that it would be nice if Google/Fitbit paid attention to it's customers and returned the old app but, then, Customer Service has become an oxymoron in the last 10 years or so and getting worse. . Nothing personal, just hoping someone might listen and let the overlords know. Thanks.
