hi! I've seen some posts of people having the same issue, but for me, I can't get the factory reset to do anything! at first it was just the battery dying in less than 24 hours, and now this! I cannot afford a new one even with the discount code I was so graciously given by support, and I use my fitbit to track my bad heart. I would like to know when my heart rate spikes to 160+ just from going from one side of the house to the other or while I'm doing something as simple as showering!
