sense 2 calls never connect& can’t contact customer support for some reason

My main issue is that even with everything I’ve tried and all the answers on here, my Sense 2 calls never connect or just briefly for about 2 seconds when i reset everything… The other issue is that whenever i try to contact customer support, it shows that there is an error and i should try again later.. this has been going on for about two months, sense 2 calls since last year

Hi @Mylax  - Fitbit released a new V4 Fitbit App in September 2023 which may be partly causing this.

You should normally be able to chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support.

I tried contacting just like you said, but it keeps showing me error, try again later
