I see that this is a common issue with the product. Fitbit will not honor the warranty because I purchased it at amazon. Why are their products sold on Amazon if they are not going to honor the junk they sell. Clearly it is a defect in this product. I will not be purchasing another fit bit. it is less than a year old,

I would query this further either with Fitbit or Amazon as according to Fitbit's warranty conditions then they do honour the warranty if you buy it from authorised sellers. I would speak to Amazon's customer services and they will take up your complaint if they are authorised sellers.

One just fell off the back of mine this morning! I saw on this board about others getting a replacement and contacted Fitbit. My Sense2 is 1 1/2 years old so it is outside of warranty (I guess it’s only good for a year?!!!) and they won’t replace it. I purchased it at Kohl’s. They will give me a 35% discount on a new Fitbit - certain models only. I’ll have to think on that one. I have not been pleased with he Fitbit app since Google bought Fitbit out. Less information provided for free and crummy graphs!

I contacted Amazon and they told me to contact fitbit so I contacted fitbit again. and now it's being replaced. I did purchase through amazon.com so it is a authorized dealer. I am thankful I contacted them again because the first person either looked at my receipt wrong or just didn't want to do their job.
