I'm truly sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with your Fitbit Sense 2.

Let's work together to resolve this issue. As a first approach, please follow these steps:

  • Go to the gear icon (top right corner).
  • Scroll to the bottom of the list.
  • Select "Shut Down."
  • Connect the device to the charging cable to restart.

Additionally, try cleaning the button with a cotton swab. If issues persist, feel free to share more details.
