How can I set my Fitbit Sense 2 to get sleep data during the day? So far it only gives me the data when I sleep at night.

To get sleep stages, you need at least 3 hours of sleep; that holds whether it is day or night.
To get sleep auto-detected without stages, or daytime naps, you need at least 1 hour. Alternatively, you can use the + button at the bottom of the phone app and "Start sleep" to get credit for any length of sleep. But you will not get sleep stages with this. Or if you forget to use the 'Start sleep', you could 'Manually log' Sleep from the same + button if you remember the approximate time you think you slept, and hopefully if will have the data to adjust that correctly, again without sleep stages.
