The FitBit by Google application provides the worst user experience I have encountered. The app's data fails to refresh unless manually prompted five times. Additionally, the calorie count either remains stagnant for hours or inexplicably reverses. For instance, my watch may display 2000 calories, but upon opening the app and refreshing, it inexplicably drops to 987 calories on both the watch and the app. Furthermore, despite claims that switching to a Google account allows for easy rollback, no such option exists. I am frustrated and exhausted from wasting hours on this issue. It's time to switch to an Apple Watch!!

Just curious about where you saw or heard any claim that you could roll back from switching to a Google account?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I agree, I’ve paid for premium for I can’t remember how long and since it’s changed to google I’ve never experienced so many problems…. Notifications saying app couldn’t sync happens several times a day. Readiness score disappeared, community has gone ☹️
