My app and device updated correctly to the new Daylight Savings Time. However my hourly activity is not correct. It seemed to also change that period an hour later, which I didn’t want. When I try and change it, it’s adding 3 hours. So if I set it 8am-8pm, it shows as 11am-11pm. I’ve tried turning off auto time zone, selecting an incorrect time zone and changing back to correct, nothing seems to work? Anyone else Toronto time zone have the same issue?

Hello @trees113 and everyone else and welcome to the Community. This is a longstanding issue with the app. It should work fine tomorrow.

Having the same problem. Spent an hour on the phone with Fitbit this morning with no luck. They finally told me that they were aware of the problem and are working on it. Sure hope it's resolved soon as nothing I do seems to get my activity time correct - off by three hours. Even if I make the change for the correct hours, doesn't work.

Same problem — I see from another post this has been an ongoing issue since 2020 and it occurs whenever there is a time change. it appears as though, from others reported prior experience, this will last the day and resolve itself “magically” tomorrow (the day after the time change).

I'm also having that problem (and have twice a year with the time changes) with an additional issue added, just for fun. I tried changing the times for the daily activity as others mentioned, and now when I scroll down to the bottom half of the data on my app, the screen on my phone immediately goes to it's home page. I can't access any of the data lower than that. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned off my phone, turned off Bluetooth and reconnected my watch, all to no avail. Is anyone else having this problem?

I’ve also noticed that the incorrect times affect prior days when I know I had 14 hours of steps each day. Guess we just have to wait and hope for the best.

I have the same problem. I've tried numerous ways to fix it, including logging out, syncing via the computer, trying to change on my laptop and my phone - all to no avail. When I try to fix it, the time difference becomes greater. With all the other issues that Fitbit has had, I think it's finally time to throw in the towel and go elsewhere.

Too bad that after all these years, Fitbit hasn’t been able to figure this out. Thanks for the update - glad it’s not just me!

Hi I am having the same issue with my Charge 6. My hourly activity is not correct and all the past data has changed as well. There always seems to be an issue with Daylight saving time. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

I’ve tried every suggestion posted by Fitbit, and nothing has worked. When I manually set to the times I want, it won’t save. Throughout the day on Sunday, the app kept changing the time. Just checked now (Monday morning), and times are still not correct. Fitbit, please admit you recognize you have a major programming issue, and you’re working on a fix.

Mine was off by an hour this morning but I think it’s because I was trying so many things to fix it yesterday. Finally today when I change it back to the 12 hours I want to track - it worked! Phew! Really wish Fitbit could figure this out in the first place though!

I waited 3 days before contacting Fitbit to see about this ongoing problem--and I'm ONLY tracking sleep! I was told all the banal stuff ('restart, reboot, resync") which needless to say I'd already tried. I was also told "change the sensitivity" ummm, duh, I've been wearing this for months with no issues... Still no sleep log for March 10th, it's "no data"...so silly!

I've been having a similar problem since the clocks went forward. Every activity is wrong by an hour. If I look at my heartrate, the most recent data reports as being exactly one hour in the past. Obviously it's current data, but the app thinks it's living in the past. It's been nearly a month now.
