3 of the Fitbit Smartwatches I owned all failed after the warranty expired.

A Surge failed after 12 months so I was given a 35% discount to upgrade to the Ionic. The Ionic was recalled for battery issues. And last month the Sense  failed but  I was offered 35% discount for another Fitbit.  But with this track record;  2 failures after the warranty expired and  Ionic recall for battery issues, I decided to buy a Samsung Galaxy 4 Smartwatch.  The Samsung Galaxy 4 Smartwatch is a far better watch than the Fitbit Sense. And  the Samsung costs the same $299.00 but you can trade in a Fitbit for a 35% discount.  I wish I had gone with a Samsung instead of owning Fitbits since 2015.

Use  the Samsung webpage to purchase a Samsung Smartwatch and trade in your Fitbit.  Or go to BestBuy who  allows you to trade in a Fitibit   Also checkout the Samsung Galaxy 4 Classic which is their newest watch
