I recently purchased a Sense on 20/11/20. I had previously tried Fitbit Premium and cancelled it months ago. I got a message today that my Fitbit Premium is expiring next week, but I had never received any option to activate the 6 month free trial for the Sense. Prior to purchasing the Sense, I had not been using a Fitbit device, although I have been using the app for recording steps transferred across from another app. Am I going to lose the 6 month free trial?

So I'll rephrase. I had a look at fitbit premium. As I DID NOT HAVE A FITBIT it was of no use to me. I cancelled it not long after so I wouldn't get charged when the free trial ran out. I started using my Sense 3 weeks ago, now it's asking me to pay for a subscription even though the Sense purchase included 6 months free. It was definitely cancelled but the free trial must have remained. I was using a Galaxy until 3 weeks ago.

Is it really asking you to pay, or is the app letting you know about the 6 month trial.
My understanding is that the actual trial is not automatically added
