6 months free trail "sense"

Hi there I'm new here and with fitbit

I've read here that many people have the same issue...

So i have buy a new fitbit sense today, and nowhere in my app i can't find the link/button to the 6 months free trail. (Especially why i buy this watch for, i need more data)

The well watch is connected to my app. 

Everything works fine except for the ecg and the free trail.

When i do the ecg scan i get always the answer inconclusive and that my heart rate is to low 🤷‍:male_sign: but i am a professional runner, so my rest heart rate is depending to my fatigue between 38bpm and 44bpm..

Can anyone help me out please? thanks

Hello @Thibault1988 and welcome to the Community Forum.

Regarding the Premium trial please try to subscribe to he premium service and you should be offered the trial. If not I suggest to contact support.

Regarding the ECG yes, it's a limitation and i understand you're frustration: ECG can be used only if your HR is higher than 50. Maybe have a small walk to slightly elevate your HR and then take the test?
