8/8/22 Update got stuck

My Sense was updating and would not progress past "installing." I have restarted it and now it's stuck on the logo. My iphone app doesn't recognize it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi brenp23... when you say you 'restarted it', did you hold the button for 10+ seconds until the Fitbit logo came up?  If not, then maybe try that first.  If you can successfully get the Sense re-set, then try pairing with your iphone again.  (i.e. delete the BT device on the iphone and then set things up again).

Yes, I held the button down for 10 seconds and it started loading but got stuck on the logo screen. It had never finished installing when I restarted it, which I did because it was installing for hours, and now I think it's unable to load. The iphone fitbit app doesn't recognize it. I'll try to uninstall it and see if that helps.
