I'm having an issue with my FItbit account and Sense language settings. It only started after I upgraded the firmware to 5.1 and 5.11 -- it wasn't happening before that.
I'm in Japan, but I prefer to have my language set to English. When I upgraded to firmware 5.1, the update changed my language to Japanese (based on my location, I guess), so I reset it to English. A day later, I looked at my Sense (and my account) and it was back to Japanese. I reset it again, and it stayed in English for a few hours, then reverted to Japanese. I changed it back to English, and things were then fine for a couple of days -- until I updated to 5.11, which changed it back to Japanese. So I reset to English, which remained for about a day until switching back to Japanese. I Changed it to English again, and now,less than a day later, it's back to Japanese.
Any other English-speaking users living in a non-English country having this issue? And more importantly, does anyone have a suggestion as to what I might be doing wrong, or how to fix it?

Hi @samuraiwil I had a similar problem with English in the Netherlands instead of Dutch. On your app (on smart phone) select your profile (top left). Scroll down to settings and select app settings. There you can select a location BUT also ensure that Automatic location is NOT selected. I hope this helps.
