Activity app doesn’t work

When I press on activity bottom it does n’y work?

Hi, @Rxf169 , welcome to the community, can you please provide more information. There is an "Exercise" icon on your "Sense", is this what you are telling us about? If you are not getting a response from your "Sense" try restarting it by holding the side button for about 10 seconds, the display will go out and the Fitbit logo will appear (you can release the button when you see the logo). Hello,

 

I reboot my Sense, I closed and reopened it, I reinstaled my Sense on my phone and nothing works. I’m not able to access Exercice app. When I open the Exercice app, i can’t see any exercice like jogging or other. Thé vidéo wasn’t helpful.

Hi, @Rxf169, Are you touching the "Exercise" tile in your Fitbit app on your phone and exercises you have completed do not appear in the drop-down. Alternatively, are you talking about the "exercise" icon on your "Sense" (having swiped left from the clock face) Please advise the make and model of your mobile phone.

Hi @Rxf169, I see you have an iPhone, please confirm the model and O/S, bear in mind you need iOS 14 or higher. I'm trying to replicate your problem but I'm not having any success. I appreciate you are writing in your second language, I can move your posts to the French board if you prefer. In the meantime, you might like to look at the manual  (page 55) which explains how the function should work. On my "Sense" I touch "Exercise"> and get Recent, Swim, Walk, Workout then all exercises with a list of 18 choices (which is what I think you are looking for) The "recent" section self-populates using your last exercises. If you are not able to make any progress I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" here (this is a dynamic link which may put you through to a French-speaking member of the support team depending on where you call from).

I do hope this is helpful, let me know if you would like me to move these posts to the French board.
