I got my sense a little over a week ago. It paired fine but each morning the sense does not want to sync with my android Moto Power phone without usually rebooting the phone each morning. Doing some research it appears I am not alone. Going to the extent of forgetting the device and re-pairing should not need to be the go to solution for your users.

Try this instead. Shut down the app clear all your apps just to make sure it not running in the back ground takes maybe 3 seconds. hold your button on the watch for 10-12 seconds to do a soft restart now open app and it should sync fine. I noticed this issue is more persistent with android below 10 and i noticed this with all Iphone regardless of the ios system it currently in but IoS 14 works the best out of apple products and Andriod 10 works great but havent had the chance to test and android 11 yet. Hope this info helps you out a bit.

I am on android 10, I have cleared all the apps in background, but I have not tried the soft restart of sense. I will try that but that should not need to be a daily occurrence. Need a more permanent solution.
