I updated my Sense two days ago. Since then it is not tracking my exercise - counts steps but not time spent - isn’t tracking my sleep or my body temperature either. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Not sure where to go from here but what a disappointment.

Try a shutdown of the watch and place on the charger to restart, also restart the phone for good measure.

I have shut down my Sense, closed the app on my iPhone restarted my iPhone and then restarted the watch. The sleep tracking is still not an accurate indication. I'm sure I'm having more than 2 hours sleep! It is also splitting my sleep into two - one induicating like 40 minutes and then the other the balance. I can understand a split if you are awake for a significant amount of time, which I am not. This started to happen after the latest update to the app on my iPhone. I have checked for updated to the Sense itself and there are none.
I am not sleeeping in any posyion I have not for the past 40 years
My Sence is no looser or tighter than I have worn it I got it about 5 or so months ago
My Sense is in the same poisition on my wrist as it has always been.
What's going on here? Is this being addressed, is there a fix, is there a fix coming.......come on you can do better than this.

@mindelbrona Hope your issue has been resolved by now otherwise try removing the exercise App and reset the watch by pressing & holding the button until you see the Fitbit logo. Let it reboot and now reinstall the App and test it.
Disappointments all around that Fitbit has lost the plot. It was, one time, a trusted Co with reputation of great products!

Thanks I'll try this sometime tomorrow and let you know how it goes. Just ridiculous that after every update there are issues with Fitbit. They used be so great. My guess is that there in QA on these updates
Cheers

They use to release updates gradually and my guess is Google, the new owner, has taken the eys off the ball and Fitbit OS team is not testing it widely and rigorously. And yes it is very big disappointment as these smart watches are not very cheap by any means. We accept that they are not scientific instruments but come on they have to be consistent and close enough to the real readings!

Overnight it worked without further action. So lets see if it continues. I agree that since they sold to Google not the same amount of focus on QA.
