Agenda events on Sense shows wrong time

Hi, 

I just bought the Sense and it doesn't properly synchronize with my S9 Android Version 10. 

The times for events in my Sense Calendar are off by 30 minutes, even though both my phone and Sense of course are using the time provided by the network, the watch shows the correct time. Sense is connected to Samsung Calendar.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for confirming that your Sense is showing the right time. Just to confirm, is your watch able to sync correctly with the Fitbit app? If so, please give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Tap your profile picture > Sense > Apps > Agenda.
  5. Turn off and on the permissions for this app.
  6. Sync one more time and open the Agenda app on your Sense to check your events.
