Fitbit chat was unable to help.. so I’ll try here..
All my mindfulness logs in ‘My Journey’ have disappeared and any mindfulness session (EDA Scan, Relax, meditation) will not log. Everything is gone from the last 3 months and I have done a mindfulness session every day that I’ve had the Sense watch. Seems to be happening since the last App update. I have logged out of the app, restarted my phone, restarted the app, force quit the app, deleted and downloaded the app again, restarted the Sense, forgot in Bluetooth and added again and there is no change.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi there, @SunsetRunner.
Thanks for every step tried prior to posting, and for your efforts while contacting our Support team. I understand how you're feeling about not having your mindfulness sessions logged in the Fitbit app and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. This shouldn't be happening and because the possible steps were already tried, please provide me with the model and OS version of your phone. Also, could you take a screenshot of the My Journey section and attach it in your reply? These details will help me to further investigate on my end and see what may be occurring.
See you around.

Minutes long like this:
but still nothing in ‘my journey’. Frustrating to see all my logs gone since May. My premium just ran out and because of all the problems and bugs with this product, I can’t see myself paying for premium when nothing seems to work properly.

In the Fitbit app, it’s says I have an iPhone 12.. and my device is an iPhone 11. Mindfulness still won’t log no matter what I do.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner.
Thanks for your efforts while working on this, as well as the screenshot provided. After checking, that number is the model ID or device code assigned by Apple to their devices, in this case the 12,1 corresponds to your iPhone 11. In regards to your other question, I understand how you're feeling about not having your mindfulness sessions logged correctly. While there isn't a time frame for a fix, let me share that our team keeps working on this matter to bring a solution to our affected members. I'm sorry you're going through this experience and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed.
See you around.
