All tracking on the app inaccurate

Hello,

All the tracking my app does is inaccurate. I received a replacement already but the problem persists. My time zone is not set to automatic if that needs to be changed? Has anyone else fixed this issue?

Hi, @kdeclerico, If we are to assist you'll need to be much more detailed than "All the tracking my app does is inaccurate" please provide more information.

To adjust time zones go to your online dashboard>click the gear wheel in to top right corner>settings>scrole down to "time zone">Click the chevron in the circle at the right-hand end of the time zone line & you'll get a drop-down choice of the zone. Once you have selected the zone you desire return to the today screen and sync your phone app, this in turn should reset your watch time.
