about 2 weeks ago I reached out to the Fitbit help chat and figured out that Always On needed to be turned off on my Sense. I did that and experienced about 10 days of a solid charge. Noticed today that I was losing serious charge and when I investigated Always On was back. How does that happen?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. While it's odd that this setting turned on by itself may I know if you have left your Sense on the Quick settings screen (swipe right to left)? If this is correct, it might be that the screen turned on while moving your wrist and the Always-On Display turn by mistake. That being said, please double check if your watch is updated and try performing a restart to correct any misbehavior.
