Annoying 10:00 bedtime reminder

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I get notifications at 10:00 to remind me to go to bed which wakes me up every night because I am already asleep.  I work an off shift and go to bed early. I do no have notifications turned on. I have tried turning them on and then off, tried rebooting the app and my phone, cleared cashe…. Nothing seems to help.  I am exasperated, I feel like throwing the **ahem** watch away…. Anyone else having this issue??

Hi @dbxy  - did you try in the Fitbit App, clicking the Sleep tile and then the gear icon [top right] and disabling bed time reminder?

Hello @dbxy and welcome to the Community.  I see from your profile that you added on to a long thread in the iOS forum on this topic.  This is an ongoing, very annoying bug with the iOS app.  My husband has the same problem.  He never, ever set a bedtime reminder, but he gets it at the time his Sense is scheduled to go into Sleep Mode.  There is one add difference -- he doesn't get a vibration.  Do you have a sleep mode schedule set on your Sense?  All I have are suggestions with no guarantees.  If you have a sleep mode schedule, does changing the start time to a time when you are still awake change the notification?  If you have a sleep mode schedule, have you tried turning it off?
