I fail to understand why Fitbit does not react (other than canned answers about how to wear the Sense) on the many HR issues that are being reported.
Temporarily, I went back to the Charge 4 in the hope that Fitbit is working on a solution for the HR problems. When I just went to the Charge 4 forum I saw a message by Fitbit acknowledging GPS problems.
“We are aware that some customers are reporting that during a GPS activity, the GPS connection may be lost. You may be able to end the exercise normally.
GPS dropouts can be caused by several things (tall buildings, trees, overcast, etc.). Please check this article for tips on managing your GPS connection.
If normal troubleshooting steps are unsuccessful, we are working on a resolution and are sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.”
I really want to start using the Sense again, so come on Fitbit! Don’t leave us in the dark and communicate to us how you are going to fix the problems. Above an excellent example by one of your employees on how you should do this.
I like the Sense, I do not want to go to Garmin, Apple or Polar. I just want to Sense to properly track my sports activities. You have to give me some hope though that you are working on a fix.

Great post; I agree on all points; even if the solution is not ready yet, acknowledging the issue and a promise that is being worked on goes a long way.
