Another **ahem** and Warranty Replacement

This is my 6th FItbit product in 3 years. Done. 3 different charge. 2 Versa.  Now 2 Sense.  After an update— completely frozen, draining in just a few hours, all the same issues after “firmware updates.”  All the customer service can say is that IF I send them, mine, they’ll send me a discount off another one or a replacement product— weeks later.

 

Worst company and customer support I’ve ever dealt with (and we use ATT).  Going to an Apple Watch. This company and its products are NOT worth the money.

Hope you are satisfied with your Apple Watch.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
