Any resolution for inaccuracy of the fitbit sense heart rate sensor?

I started using the fitbit in mid-March of this year, I had a fitbit versa and I loved the experience of use, I decided to invest and buy a fitbit feel for the amount of sensors and built-in technology since I'm passionate about it. Unfortunately I've been using fitbit sense since May this year and I've been noticing heart rate reading errors in high-output workouts. Today I went to take it out and did an intense circuit training. My heart was pounding from so much effort I was practicing in this training and to my surprise the smartwatch was only 80/90BPM. This left me very frustrated, I have an apple watch series 6 and I don't have these problems, but the fitbit contains more complete reports. I didn't want to abandon fitbit, I loved the usability and the new snore detection function. Please fitbit listen to your customers and solve this problem.

I'm sorry to say @IgorR11 but after nearly one year since the release of Sense, the flaghship of Fitbit devices, without an official aknowledge by Fitbit about its problem and no resolution in sight I would suggest to move over.

Yes. Unfortunately, we pay dearly to get a premium smartwatch, where we put trust in the brand name. But unfortunately it would have been better and cheaper to invest in Chinese brands like Xiaomi.

Most of my family have been using one or the other Fibit device for a long time and recently my daughter bought sense and she complained about inaccuracies regarding HR, SPO2 not updating (Error: Lasts night data is not available). She handed over to me and I've been since the beginning of this week. I had a Treadmill run with it and HR was almost 15-20 BPM behind my tracker on my right wrist especially the difference is quite noticeable when you're really pumping your heart.

@IgorR11have you called Tech Support yet or not? Unless we call them it will be difficult for them to gauge the number of incidents & level of frustration among its users. I know there is not much Tech support can do online but I'm about to log a request with them today.

@m-umar  I've been looking here on the forum and the complaints for almost 1 year and there was no solution, I'm afraid it's a hardware problem and there is no solution. fitbit claims that the new pair of pure pulse 2.0 sensors is better than the previous version, but that's not what I see.
I think if it was a problem with algorithms they would have already solved them, I hope they are solving it if it's a problem only with software in a future update they can solve it. But if it is hardware problems only a possible recall to solve.

Sorry to be strong but Fitbit should have withdrawn from the market Sense/Versa 3 because definitely not fit for purpose instead they went ahead selling them knowing they were not working properly. To me this situation is a bad of the iPhone (4?) that wasn't fit to make a phone call (antennagate) although at that time even Apple was forced to admit the fault (and we all know the superior and arrogant attitude of Apple).

This messabe will be deleted by Fitbit in 3, 2, ...
