App and Sense show impossible amount of stats

The fitbit sense this morning during the sync suddenly changed the data and started showing impossible numbers. The number of steps, the calories jumped to an extremely high value, even though I did nothing. The reboot was there, it didn't help.
Step number. from about 500 ==> 26,000.
The calories range from about 1,000 ==> 3,600 and the distance is about a few meters ==> 20 km. A similar thing has happened to Versa in the past (Versa 1)

thanks for all the data, @Laszlo52 . The first thing I would suggest is that you re-start your Sense. To do this, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button. Do this a couple times then please let us know if that helped.

Hi @Laszlo52. It's good to see you here in the forums. @SunsetRunner, thanks for stopping by.

@Laszlo52, thanks for sharing detailed information about the data displayed on the Fitbit app and your Sense. Also, for the restart performed. I've confirmed that your phone is a compatible device to sync your data, so let's work on this together. Before anything else, may I know if you were wearing the Sense when you got those stats? Or was your watch next to a fan or anything that may have been buzzing or vibrating? If possible, please take a screenshot of the days with the incorrect data and attach it to your reply. This will help me to investigate on my end.

I'll look forward to your response.

The watch was on my arm and I was sitting quietly in an armchair. There was no vibration. In the attached image, you can see that the data has changed in an extremely short time, which is impossible. This problem affects not only Fitbit Sense but also Fitbit Versa. My previous Fitbit device (Fitbit Versa) has already had similar errors in the last few months. Suddenly, from one moment to the next, I saw a huge change in data. Even then, I sat quietly in an armchair and synchronized the clock. There was no vibration then either.

Compared to Versa, it shows about 20% more calories and a higher heart rate during intense exercise with similar daily activity. Has anyone experienced something similar? Samsung Galaxy S9 +, Android 10 September 1 update, mobile app October 13, 2020, Fitib Sense firmware 44..128.1.42

Hi @Laszlo52. Welcome back to the forums.

Thanks for getting back with more details about this situation and the screenshots attached. It's strange that you're getting a high data after syncing your Sense. Because this shouldn't be happening, I've contacted our Support team about this situation, however it seems that you already have a case created with them. They'll look into your case and provide you with further assistance via email, so make sure to check your inbox.

See you around.
