App won't open after switching to new phone

I just got a Samsung Galaxy 22 ultra and the fitbit app won't open.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and changed my password. App still won't open so i can't sync my Sense with the new phone.

Was app removed from old phone?

try turning off and on Bluetooth 

also turning off and on phone.

Hi @holisticvet - the S22 has certain settings that may be causing this, on the off chance have a look at the various elements in No internet connection
