Apps not installing

When I go to install an app on my Sense, the indication bar just moves back and forth and never installs any apps. I've performed several resets and it still does not work.

 

Is blue tooth connected? YES Watch is connected to blue tooth

Does watch have a WiFi connection? YES. Watch is connected to WiFi

Does watch sync? YES. Watch shows last sync.

 

Fitbit apps I've tried installing:

Timer

MLB

 

Still no success. I don't want to unpair and add a new device as this always seems to erase all my data.

Hi @SunsetRunner - you don't say if you also rebooted the phone or what type it is.

Some solutions

Logout of the Fitbit App, clear the storage cache and force stop it, swipe off the Fitbit App window.

Restart watch and phone, sync and try again

Check the number of apps already loaded, you may have reached the limit (around 30).

If it is a recent Samsung phone, see No internet connection It may have an influence, particularly Private DNS.
