I bought the Sense 4 weeks ago and the the auto-recognize feature has never worked for swimming. It detects elliptical and walking fine but not swimming. I always do breaststroke for 30 mins non stop, I never had this problem with my old Inspire and Luxe so it’s definitely not a problem with my swimming technique. I have been through all the trouble shooting steps like restarting the Sense, unpairing and re-pairing Bluetooth with my iPhone 13, uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing helped. I contacted customer service twice who haven’t been able to help and just told me that someone will be in touch (which was last Friday, a week ago) but I’ve heard nothing from them. Feel very annoyed and ripped off by Fitbit! Has anyone else had this problem with the swimming not working?
