Hello,
1) I am shocked by the fact that in order to talk to your customer service I need to be logged in via some sort of social media or I need to send my personal data to the US, which has a much loser privacy regulation than in the EU. It seems to me all you want is to include information about me to your databases. It would be much better if there was an easy email address I could reach to.
2) I have not received yet my delivery of a Sense which was suppose to happen on Tuesday last week. I have waited until Thursday missing days of holidays with my family. The courier said they passed by and didn't find anyone which is impossible. How do I get my package delivered? Of course I have already missed the important celebration...

I’d keep trying to get an answer between the delivery service and Fitbit.
