Purchased fitbit sense on the 13th February 2022 and received email that it has been shipped on the 14th February 2022. Mentioned in terms & condition product will be shipped within 10-14 days. But with 3 chat supports that i encountered, they mentioned to wait for 20 days and refund is only available after product received. What bull**ahem** is this? This is my 15th day waiting and nothing i received. Such a disappointment. No plans of purchasing fitbit anymore in life.

Hi @Sher88  you want to return your Sense before you've even received it? If support says to wait twenty days, you should wait. Shippers often take longer than we realize when they deal with traffic, weather and other delays. When purchased from Fitbit directly, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to return it for a refund. After that time, support can only help you if there are any issues that would be covered under warranty.
