My badge count for 10 000 steps says 4x. Meaning I have accomplished this 4x. But I have infact accomplished this 7x so far. Why is there a discrepancy between them?

Also it says I accomplished 10 hills (floors). When it in the main screen for that particular day it says 15 floors

Hi @Ashleyaacp your tracker will only measure hills while recording an exercise with GPS. You will get an actuall change in altitude when looking at the exercise through a web browser

Stairs must be at least 10 feet and if done to slow, or sliding the arm up the railing, the stair may not be counted.

Stair count is never used when calculating calories or active zone minutes.

You say on one screen of some device, you see a stair count of 10, and in another screen of the same device, or different device, you see a stair count of 15.

When it comes to badges, the app and web only gives the date last awarded. Have you gone through each day to count the days that 10K was hit?

When setting up your account? Was 10 your goal? This should not affect the award.

15 floors 10 of it was shoveling my driveway up hill.. so that one I
understand but the 10 000 steps is saying I have obly got it 4 x when I
have hit it 7x. Originally my goal was 8000 steps but 6 of them for sure
should be showing on the 10 000 bc I changed it to 10 000 right after I hit
8000.

I have had it since the 16th of January

Are you really able to climb an elevation of 10 feet, while shoveling, at let's say, 30 at most 40 seconds for a 10 foot change?

Generally these floors are from the wind. On the leward side, there will be a decrease in air pressure and a stair may be counted.

When you review your days, how many show as having 10K? Where are you seeing this count of awarded badges, I know I saw it in the past, but can only find the last day the badge was awarded.

I do have a fairly steep and wide driveway amd we had snow steady for a solid 6 hours, so yes I do believe I was able to hit the elevations equivalent to 10 floors. I also have stairs in my house.

As far as badges vs steps. My steps category has 7 stars beside 10 000 steps or more meaning I have accomplished that 7 times. Under badges when  you click on 10 000 steps badge it says u have earned it 4 times. Then it says last date achieved right above the share button
