Band clip broke on my Sense

The clip that holds the band in place broke and the band won't stay latched. I bought the watch in June. Is there any remedy for this ?

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

As Odyssey13 said you're in luck and should be replaced under warranty. FYI, Fitbit warranty is for two years and just google for support number if in countries than than mentioned in the previous post.

Hi @m-umar  Fitbit warranty is only two years in some European countries and in the USA it's for one year. Customer support will know what to do.

@Odyssey13very interesting to know that different continents have different periods of warranty but here is Australia it is 2 years as far as I know.
