Band constantly falling off

Got the new sense last month and the band will not stay attached.  Almost every time I take the watch off the band will fall off.  It is getting to the point where I do not feel comfortable wearing it because I am nervous that it will fall off.  

Any suggestions before I have to send it back?

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
