Hi Everyone.
I’ve had my Sense since the beginning of January, it so far I’m disappointed with battery life. It is advertised as having 6 days, which is an improvement to the Versa I had before and have since given to my daughter.
I am only getting 3-4 days, which is disappointing. I don’t have a SP02 screen, I’m not using ‘always on’ and I haven’t tried built in GPS yet. I can charge my Sense and my daughters Versa at the same time, but the Sense battery runs out first. Very frustrating after spending £299 on a device that seems no better than what I had. Could it be faulty or is everyone else experiencing the same?

Your Sense is fine.
A Sense with the latest firmware won't last as long as a Versa.
If the aim is to get long battery life try the following
On the watch Swipe left Click Apps Remove the SpO2 Tacker app |

Happening to me too. I just recharged it two days ago. This is going on since I received it for Christmas. Went a little longer at first but now 2-3 days. Really thought I would like this one. So far not so much.

@aprfool456 Try removing the SpO2 Tracker app, don't use the SpO2 watch face, don't use Always on or GPS, use a standard Fitbit clock face and see if you get decent battery life > 5 days, if not get a replacement.
Here is how to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
