Sense less than 6 months and have Battery draining and sync issues , reported to fitbit and they don't agree to replace or fix the watch instead every reply "please use 35% discount on new purchase.
Seriously, 35% discount is not worth to me. why should i pay 65% to get a pathetic product which doesn't have a gud support and no means of warranty
Please resolve the issue asap

Hi, @Vmahesh80, welcome to the community, your warranty benefits will depend on where you are. You mention Battery & syncing issues, please provide more information so we can focus on helping you. While there are of course instances of defective manufacture these are rare compared with operational problems. As far as syncing is concerned you may be interested in How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? You do not mention the make or model of your mobile phone Fitbit Supported Devices explains the issues, note you must be running iOS14 or Android 10 or newer. Make sure any battery-saving functions on your mobile phone are disabled for the Fitbit app and you have granted the app all permissions.
As far as battery drain is concerned you do not mention the magnitude, some processes use a lot of reserve, in particular, GPS and "Snore Report", you can see threads on these issues by using the search bar.
Please post here again once you have been through these links and suggestions.
