Battery is draining out in one and a half day instead of 6 days

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Sense is only seven months in use. It was working fine but since a week started draining battery in two days and now in day and a half.  I simply can't understand this because I always charge when required, not changed anything since the first day I'm using it.  Same apps and features used, nothing new.
Please, anything that can help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Milton

Hi @MiltonG - before looking at it as a watch fault check which features you are using. Firvexampl snore detection and the SpO2 tracker app and/or watch face cane use as much as 4 days battery alone.

Thank you @Guy_ , very illustrative but certainly nothing of the mentioned possible causes is the answer of what is happening to my Sense.  I ahve checked as if I'm following a check list,  all what the "How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life" text said as possible causes and no one is the cause.

I appreciate and thank you for  your advice and hope someone could offer a different point of view that could end in a solution.

Hi, @MiltonG, welcome, I apologise if you have already considered battery charging as the source of your problem, Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  explains some of the issues. If charging is the problem do check the 4 little spring-loaded pins in the charging cable that engage with the back of your "Sense" they need to be slightly proud of the pad surface. Another cause might be the need to clean the back of your "Sense", I use rubbing alcohol & cotton wool with a cotton bud to detail the pits that take the pins. If you do not have rubbing alcohol wash with warm soapy water, rinse & dry. Should you discover the charging cable is the root of your problem you could talk to "Customer Support" using the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Alternatively, you can buy a replacement from Amazon at a modest cost.

I hope this is helpful.

Cheers

No @Gr4ndp4 there's not any problem charging the battery.  As I wrote since the first time, the problem is that the battery is draining so fast.
Anyway, thank you for your interest and taking time to answer.
